I don’t know what the etiquette is on Valentine’s Day. Are you supposed to greet only your partner? Is it alright to say Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone?

I've been greeted by nearly everyone I've come across today to "have a happy Valentine's Day" and it feels so nice!. But tomorrow morning, my greeting will be solely for my sweetie!
