Just need a bit more patience. The Beancounterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08938430346842300670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5836390061044419139.post-44186303481448236022013-06-13T17:04:44.713+10:002013-06-13T17:04:44.713+10:00Hi! My pandesal should be only a day old for reheating. I grew up in the company of bakers in my father's lowly small cheap bakery in the Philippines, and shaping pandesal and waiting for them to come out, I was quite "spoiled" that I always had them freshly baked from the oven, still steaming hot yet with the crust very crunchy! Ate them with ice cream at times. I had to improvise once I was in the US, and now I am very satisfied with the recipe and the bread machine method I have been using since 2004.Loryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02816740817614105118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5836390061044419139.post-47060447875611536522009-01-29T23:38:00.000+10:002009-01-29T23:38:00.000+10:00Thanks 5 Star Foodie and paoix... it's 11.30pm he...Thanks 5 Star Foodie and paoix... it's 11.30pm here and i'm in the middle of making pan de sal for tomorrow's breakfast...The Beancounterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08938430346842300670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5836390061044419139.post-44798187497181435622009-01-29T03:11:00.000+10:002009-01-29T03:11:00.000+10:00dude, this looks great. i love the smell of freshl...dude, this looks great. i love the smell of freshly baked pan de sal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5836390061044419139.post-39492164201868667212009-01-29T00:33:00.000+10:002009-01-29T00:33:00.000+10:00These looks very yummy!
